Finely crushed pearls add a layer of light wherever you apply.  The high performance, vegan, talc-free formula contains special amino acid coated pigments for the smoothest application and a non-drying, soft focus finish. Chamomile extract calms your skin and Vitamins C & E protect.

The Highligher refills are made with 100% post-consumer recycled PET and snap into all endlessly refillable MOB Compacts and Palettes allowing you to buy individually or mix and match with all MOB refills to build your own customizable, convenient, all in one, perfect palette.
