EBA Fluorescent colors are made using ONLY FDA approved fluorescent pigments. Any colors that we do not offer are NOT approved by the FDA for cosmetic use. The FDA fluorescent pigments approved for use in cosmetics are strictly limited and include only different variations of red and orange colorants. Although EBA fluorescent colors provide opaque coverage it is recommended to use white as a first layer to enhance the color and brightness.
