HOW TO APPLY:
• To create an intensely white finish, dab on Color White with a synthetic sponge.
• Stretch the texture to shade Color White.
• Stabilize Color White with talc-based powder, such as Super Matte Loose Powder, using a puff.
• For an iridescent finish, powder Color White with Star Lit Powder.
• Once Color White has been powdered, it may be covered with new color blocks using Color Stick or more precise prints using Color Ink.
• Mix Color White with Color Stick to create exclusive pastel colors.
