This Limited Edition Black Rose Lip Liner has been specially designed to pair with our Black Rose Liquid Matte Lipstick. Additionally, it can be used with other lipstick shades such as Berry Me, Extra Saucy, and Talk is Chic. Formulated with a soft creamy texture, this lip liner provides rich long-lasting color and a matte finish.

HOW TO USE

Apply along the lip line for definition. Securely replace the cap after using it to prevent drying.

PRO TIP

To clean up the lip line, use our concealer brush to apply a small amount of concealer or foundation around the border of the lips.
